These are my tender yet flaky zucchini biscuits, made drop-style without a mixer, rolling pin, or biscuit cutter needed. Savory flavors like parmesan cheese, fresh basil, parsley, and garlic infuse every buttery bite. And when they're combined with garden zucchini and tangy buttermilk, it's nearly impossible to resist a second helping. Good thing this recipe makes a dozen!
